Wedding Preparation Service
• Brainstorming the wedding concept with one experienced planner and one assistant throughout the planning process.
• Active brainstorming, concept development, and logistical planning with the Delapan team commence 18 months before your celebration.
• Recommending reliable and trustworthy vendors, along with all necessary details and information.
• Managing the wedding progress and event rundown from preparation to the wedding day.
• Maintaining daily communication with wedding vendors.
• Helping you with the budget estimation for your wedding.
• Providing transparent vendor pricing and inclusions.
• Offering unlimited assistance for site inspections, food tastings, vendor appointments, pre-wedding arrangements, and makeup trial scheduling.
• Conducting unlimited online and offline meetings for progress updates or vendor discussions.
• Ensuring daily wedding discussions via WhatsApp and email.
• Assisting in scheduling a wedding rehearsal (if required).
• Communicating the wedding concept to all chosen vendors.
• Designer team for any e-stationary or printed stationary ; Guest arrival card, liturgy book cover, save the date design, etc.
Wedding Day Service
• Managing the wedding from preparation to the end of the event.
• Providing a wedding event team of at least 20 people, including a show team crew, floor team, vendor assistance team, and registration team.
• Assigning personal assistants for the bride, groom, immediate family, and bridal party.
• Assisting all vendors and teams throughout the wedding and ensuring that each vendor delivers as per the agreement.

• Offering Chinese tradition arrangements, if required, including:
